We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with 2 years of experience to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing ad campaigns across Google Ads platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

1. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping platforms.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords.
3. Ads Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for better engagement and conversion rates.
4. Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement strategies to optimize results.
5. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI within the allocated ad spend.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools to generate insights and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
