Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  •  Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, expansion, and improved brand visibility across various digital channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on emerging digital marketing techniques and tools.

Social Media Management:

  •  Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
  •  Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Content Creation and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling digital content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Coordinate content creation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing successful Digital Platforms, preferably in the kids' animation or family entertainment space.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills to develop engaging content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
