Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and machine learning architectures for scalable applications.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI strategies and solutions.

• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.

• Conduct research and prototype innovative AI solutions to address complex business problems.

• Ensure AI systems comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.

• Mentor and guide team members in AI-related technologies and best practices.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Proficiency in designing and working with neural networks, NLP, and computer vision models.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solutions.

• Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services like Rekognition, Comprehend, and Lex.

• Experience with services like SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, and EMR.

• Experience with data security and best practices in the context of AI.

• Experience working in HIPAA, GDPR or similar data privacy regulations.

• Working experience in Healthcare industry would be a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
