Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the industrial market segment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

2. Client Acquisition & Retention:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in industries requiring water treatment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

3. Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.

6. Travel & Site Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites and industrial plants to understand client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business, Engineering, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial sales processes and technical products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
