Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain records of accounts payable/receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and cash handling
• Support in filing returns and maintaining compliance documentation
• Coordinate with CA and external auditors for financial reporting

Operations:

• Manage internal documentation, reports, and filing
• Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth administrative operations
• Assist HR with onboarding and attendance tracking
• Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor communication
• Maintain asset inventory and internal control records

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is an added advantage
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented with a high level of integrity

Growth Opportunity:

• Starting salary of ₹10,000/month
• Evaluation and salary revision after 3–6 months based on performance
