Responsibilities

• Audit transactions to ensure compliance with established quality guidelines/standards.
• Utilize predefined scoring systems to assess team performance effectively and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members based on audit findings.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and develop targeted coaching plans.
• Generate and present regular reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities based on the audits performed.
• Conduct one on one’s, training sessions and workshops to enhance agent performance.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Maintain records of quality assessments and feedback sessions.
• Liaise with other departments to align quality assurance practices with overall business objectives.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably within the aviation or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Google sheets and Microsoft tools such as excel, word etc.
• Knowledge on Odoo (CRM Tool) would be an added advantage.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and facilitate training sessions.
