Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the office administration activities in Sales Back office
- Coordinate PDI, Vehicle allotment, Vehicle Delivery etc.
- Data updating and monitoring in DMS.
- Assisting Back Office in charge to update all RTO related papers (form 21,form F, form 22,Form20,SL Certificate, Invoice, Delivery note, RTO data sheet, TP, EW Quotation, Agreement etc.) and to be handed over to the BDM’s before the delivery of Vehicle to customers.
- Handle any additional tasks entrusted as and when required
