Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging posters, banners, brochures, and social media creatives (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with the brand identity.
• Create visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and optimized for various channels.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure innovative and fresh designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Work on photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Good to have

• Experience in video editing or motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
