Responsibilities

  1. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing clients for various financial products. Your primary responsibilities include:

  2. Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for acquiring clients for Demat accounts and facilitating transactions in equity, commodity, and currency markets. The target is to acquire a minimum of 5 accounts per month, each with a margin of 1 LPA.

  3. Revenue Generation: You will actively promote and sell third-party financial products such as SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Value Packs, and ACE/TGS to clients. Your goal is to generate revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

  4. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential. You will provide personalized financial advice, address client queries, and resolve issues promptly to enhance client loyalty and retention.

  5. Team Collaboration: Collaboration with team members is crucial for success. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, share market insights, and contribute to team growth.

Other Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, Consider only in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

  3. Strong understanding of financial products and markets.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  7. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
