Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, acting as their primary point of contact regarding their child’s progress.
  
• Regularly communicate with parents through calls, emails, or meetings to discuss the student’s performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  
• Generate detailed and accurate reports on student performance, progress, and attendance for internal and parental review.
  
• Collaborate with academic teams to understand the student's progress and tailor guidance accordingly.
  
• Provide motivation and mentorship to students to ensure consistent learning and engagement.
  
• Address and resolve any parental concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain and update records of interactions and reports in the system.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam
