The IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for various IT-related roles within the organization. This position requires strong knowledge of the IT industry, a deep understanding of technical skills, and the ability to match candidates to job requirements. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to fill positions efficiently and effectively.

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, PHP Laravel, and Flutter developer roles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, project timelines, and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and ensure timely hiring to meet business needs.
3. Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for niche technical roles to minimize hiring lead times.
- Track candidate status throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
4. Job Posting and Branding:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Promote the company brand to attract top-tier talent and build a strong employer brand in the market.
5. Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Leverage recruitment analytics and metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio, and candidate quality metrics.
6. Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Facilitate candidate offer negotiations and ensure timely rollouts of offers and joining formalities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on hiring for Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, PHP Laravel, and Flutter roles.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
- Technical Acumen:
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems, application development frameworks, and software development roles.
- Ability to discuss basic technical requirements and assess candidates for relevant skills.
- Tools Proficiency:
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar.
- Proficiency in using job boards and sourcing tools like Naukri, Monster, Dice, and GitHub.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
