Responsibilities

• Site Supervision:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction site.
  • Supervise the workforce, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor the progress of work and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of work is in line with engineering standards, design specifications, and contract requirements.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical advice to construction workers and other team members.
  • Solve technical issues or obstacles that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and construction drawings.

• Quality Control & Safety:

  • Ensure all construction work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits and enforce safety procedures on-site.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
  • Ensure all necessary quality control documentation is completed.

• Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between site workers, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Report daily or weekly progress to the project manager or construction manager.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, material deliveries, labor usage, and project progress.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure that all documentation, including site logs, safety reports, and inspection reports, is completed and submitted on time.

• Material and Equipment Management:

  • Monitor the usage of construction materials and ensure they are being used efficiently.
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials to the site.
  • Ensure that construction equipment is well-maintained and used according to manufacturer instructions.

• Cost Control:

  • Assist in monitoring the project’s budget and help minimize costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Identify any discrepancies or potential cost overruns and provide solutions.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Quickly address any issues or delays that arise on-site.
  • Troubleshoot construction challenges and provide practical solutions to maintain progress.

• Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all aspects of the project are moving forward.
  • Participate in regular site meetings to discuss the project’s progress, challenges, and solutions.

•  Looking for 1 Year Experienced site Engineer 
•  Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi 
•  Ready to work out of state company will provide accommodation and travel allowance
