Responsibilities

Flutter Development:

1. App Development:

   • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
   • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create an engaging user experience.
   • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in mobile development.
   • Integrate third-party APIs and libraries into Flutter applications.
   • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

2. Testing & Debugging:

   • Test applications for bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
   • Debug and resolve issues across the app, optimizing performance and usability.
   • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of applications.

3. Continuous Learning & Improvement:

   • Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter development.
   • Contribute to the technical decision-making and improvement of development practices within the team.

1. Develop Training Material:

   • Create and update training materials, including presentations, code samples, tutorials, and exercises.
   • Develop and maintain documentation related to Flutter development best practices and coding standards.

2. Conduct Training Sessions:

   • Train and mentor junior developers or freshers in Flutter development, ensuring they understand best practices and workflows.
   • Lead workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions for aspiring Flutter developers.
   • Provide hands-on coding sessions to help trainees build practical experience in Flutter app development.

3. Assess and Evaluate Learners:

   • Evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments, coding challenges, and quizzes.
   • Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
   • Identify areas of improvement and offer additional support or resources to trainees.

4. Support & Troubleshooting:

   • Assist trainees with their technical challenges and questions related to Flutter development.
   • Provide mentorship and guidance to help junior developers grow and become proficient in Flutter.

5. Curriculum Enhancement:

   • Collaborate with other trainers to continually enhance and update the training curriculum.
   • Implement real-world examples and use cases in the training process to improve practical learning.

1. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the development team, project managers, and other trainers to ensure a seamless workflow.
   • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, training needs, and any technical roadblocks.
2. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
   • Assist in communicating technical details with clients, if needed, for training sessions or project requirements.
