The ideal candidate will have strong artistic and technical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that engage and inspire.

Responsibilities

  • Design Creation:

    • Develop original design concepts for digital and print media, including website layouts, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and logos.
    • Create visual assets for email campaigns, online ads, and product packaging in alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and maintain consistency across various channels.
  • Collaboration with Teams:

    • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative ideas for campaigns, events, and product launches.
    • Take direction and feedback from senior designers or managers to refine and finalize designs.
  • Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure that all design work aligns with the company’s established visual identity, tone, and messaging.
    • Update and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
  • Digital and Print Design:

    • Design graphics for digital platforms, such as social media, websites, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Create print designs, including brochures, business cards, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.
  • Image Editing and Retouching:

    • Edit and retouch images for use in designs, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless integration with other design elements.
    • Work with photographers or stock image providers to select or customize images for design projects.
  • Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and timelines.
    • Organize and maintain design files for easy access and collaboration.
  • Feedback and Revisions:

    • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for revisions.
    • Revise and finalize designs based on client or team feedback, ensuring the final product meets expectations.
  • Quality Control:

    • Ensure that all final designs are of the highest quality, free of errors, and meet required specifications for production or publication.
    • Check for consistency, spelling errors, alignment issues, and color accuracy in all designs before submission.
  • Stay Updated on Design Trends:

    • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
    • Suggest new design techniques or tools to improve workflow and design quality.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
  • Experience with both print and digital media design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and generate new design ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present designs effectively.
  • Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX design, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in animation or video editing (optional but preferred).
