Responsibilities

1. Customer Support and Training:

   • Handle customer support calls and inquiries effectively.
   • Provide on-premise and virtual training for software products.
   • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Fieldwork and Customer Engagement:

   • Conduct on-premise customer visits to address issues and provide live training sessions.
   • Follow up on payments, including cheque collection from customers in the field.
   • Visit banks and CA offices for document delivery or collection.

3. Event Representation:

   • Represent the company at sales meets, industry exhibitions, and promotional stalls.
   •  

4. Purchase Coordination and Movement:

   • Handle purchase visits

5. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.

Other Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com or with knowledge of the banking industry.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A minimum one-year contract agreement is required.
• Alternatively, candidates may submit their last completed academic certificate as a one-year guarantee.
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
