• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and adjudicate claims based on policy guidelines.
• Manage claim denials and assist in appeals.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards.
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurers to resolve claim issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in claims management.

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of US healthcare, medical billing, and insurance processes.
• Basic understanding of claims adjudication and denial management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and claims processing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
