Responsibilities
- End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
- Develop And Update Job Descriptions And Job Specifications.
- Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
- Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies
- Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
- Screening to identify potential candidates to fit the job role and the company culture.
- Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
- Coordination of further selection process.
- Salary Negotiation.
- Background verification.
- Maintaining Candidate database.
- Vendor management to maintain minimum recruitment cost.
- On boarding
- Offer Letter Generation.
- Appointment Letter issuance.
- Induction.
- New Joinee introduction to the Team.
Other Requirements
- Academic Qualification :Any Post Graduate (Knowledge in IT preferred)
