Responsibilities

- Design and implement Odoo applications/modules based on business requirements and technical specifications.

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

 - Extend existing Odoo modules as per requirements. 

- Perform testing and debugging of Odoo applications. 

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 

- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. 

- Maintain and customize Odoo addons and modules. 

- Research and develop custom solutions for specific business requirements.

Other Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development.

 - Strong proficiency in the Python programming language. 

- Experience with Odoo (OpenERP) framework, customization, development, and integration. 

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management. 

- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

 - Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients/stakeholders.

Good to have

- Experience with Odoo version 14 and above. 

- Knowledge of Odoo's technical architecture and internal framework. 

- Experience with ERP systems and business processes. 

- Experience with Git or other version control systems. 

- Certification in Odoo development (optional but beneficial).
