• Performance Appraisal Management: Coordinate and implement the performance appraisal process, track employee performance metrics, and ensure timely feedback and evaluation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel): Use Excel to compile, analyze, and present performance data, track trends, and generate reports for management on individual and team performance.
• Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting measurable goals and KPIs for employees, and monitor progress towards achieving those goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Employee Feedback Management: Collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback regarding the performance management process, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and productivity.
