Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications to understand requirements.

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

• Collaborate with the development and product teams to resolve issues.

• Monitor debugging processes and ensure all resolved issues are retested.

• Provide timely feedback to ensure product quality and functionality.

• Prepare and present reports summarizing test results and defect analysis.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing or QA.

• Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.

Good to have

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.

• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
