Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation:
• Achieve a productivity target of 150k revenue monthly.
2. Process Adherence:
• Ensure all underwriting processes are followed without deviation.
• Maintain a quote conversion rate of at least 30%.
• Achieve a renewal conversion rate of 70%.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Deliver accurate and quality quotes with a maximum allowance of two misses per month.
• Ensure all invoices are completed within the defined time frame.
4. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
5. Problem Solving:
• Proactively address and resolve issues in the underwriting process.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Utilize Excel and other tools to maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports.
