• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet targets.
• Qualify leads and convert them into customers through effective sales pitches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve sales performance.
• Continuously meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Handle customer objections and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in outbound calling and telecalling, with a focus on customer relationship management. 
• As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting tele sales and building rapport with customers. 
• Excellent communication skills are essential in order to effectively convey product information and answer customer inquiries. 
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
