Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as managing inquiries and employee communications.
- Assist in organizing and tracking performance reviews and development programs.
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and assist in preparing HR-related reports.
