Responsibilities
- SAP ABAP Development
- Design, develop, test, and implement ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
- Create and maintain custom SAP modules and objects using ABAP Workbench, BAPIs, BADIs, ALV Reports, RFCs, and User Exits.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements and troubleshooting.
- UI5/Fiori Development
- Develop and maintain SAP UI5/Fiori applications with a focus on user-friendly interfaces.
- Build responsive web applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Work with OData services and SAP Gateway to integrate backend SAP data with front-end applications.
- System Integration
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Implement system integrations using SAP interfaces like IDOCs, SOAP/REST APIs, and OData services.
- Technical Documentation
- Prepare technical specifications, unit test cases, and user guides.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and SAP best practices.
- Team Collaboration
- Provide technical support for ongoing projects and system enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team
Other Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP (Reports, Smart Forms, Module Pool Programming, RFC, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements).
- Proficient in developing SAP UI5/Fiori apps and customizing standard Fiori applications.
- Hands-on experience with OData services and SAP Gateway configuration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
- Understanding of industry SAP modules like PP, MM and EWM (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Launchpad configuration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- SAP ABAP Certification.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 Development Certification (preferred)
