Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PM module implementation and support.
- Experience with S/4HANA and its advanced PM functionalities (preferred).
- SAP PM Implementation and Configuration
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module solutions to meet business requirements.
- Set up master data elements such as equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, work centers, task lists, and BOMs.
- Define maintenance strategies, cycles, and scheduling parameters.
- Expertise in configuring and managing SAP PM for equipment and asset maintenance.
- Experience in developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Business Process Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document maintenance processes and requirements.
- Analyze gaps between current processes and SAP PM capabilities, and propose optimized solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Integration with Other SAP Modules
- Work on SAP PM integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), FI/CO (Finance/Controlling), and PP (Production Planning).
- Ensure seamless data flow and collaboration between different modules for end-to-end process support.
- Testing and Support
- Develop test scenarios, execute unit and integration testing, and resolve defects.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues in the SAP PM module.
- Assist users with training and documentation to maximize system utilization.
- Enhancements and Customizations
- Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Develop workflows and notifications for maintenance activities to improve process efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on new SAP PM functionalities and features to propose upgrades or enhancements.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM processes, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and calibration management.
- Proficiency in configuring PM master data and transactional processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP PM and MM, FI/CO, and other modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP reporting tools and maintenance analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Plant Maintenance.
- S/4HANA Certification in Asset Management (preferred).
