We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social and search advertising, SEO, content marketing, marketplace ads, OTT ads, growth marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, generate leads, and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads to drive leads and conversions.
  • Manage PPC, display, retargeting, and shopping campaigns across different platforms.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
2. SEO & Content Marketing
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Work closely with content teams to create high-impact blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, page speed, and schema markup.
  • Track and report on organic traffic, keyword performance, and search engine rankings.
3. Marketplace & OTT Advertising
  • Manage performance marketing for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Run and optimize OTT (Over-the-Top) advertising campaigns on platforms like Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema, and MX Player.
  • Monitor and analyze attribution models for OTT campaigns.
4. Growth Marketing & Market Outreach
  • Drive growth strategies, including referral programs, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Use data-driven insights to scale performance campaigns.
  • Identify new market expansion opportunities and develop strategies to acquire customers.
5. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & B2B Lead Generation
  • Execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts with personalized content and ads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and CRM data for B2B lead generation.
  • Work closely with sales teams to nurture leads and move them through the funnel.
6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels based on ROI analysis.
7. Project Management & Team Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with design, content, SEO, and development teams to implement performance-driven campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Other Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and growth hacking strategies.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and OTT campaign management.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and B2B lead generation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation tools, and third-party analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
