We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promote our products/services, and handle inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Update customer information in the database accurately.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Other Requirements

Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
Good communication skills in Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and targets.
Previous experience in BPO or telecalling is a plus
