Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential business clients for Vodafone Idea postpaid connections (COCP).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail stores.
  • Conduct client visits to explore new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Ensure timely reporting and updates at the office.

Other Requirements

  • Education: Minimum qualification of any degree.
  • Experience: Candidates with sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license and a personal vehicle.
  • Comfortable with client meetings and business visits.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: ₹25,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)
  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 (Minimum 30 sales required)
  • Incentives: ₹10,000 (Slab-based)
  • Sales 31-40: ₹250/sale
  • Sales 41-50: ₹500/sale
  • Sales 51+: ₹750/sale
  • Allowances: ₹2,500 (Travel, Mobile, etc.)
