Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.

2. Scheduling & Coordination:

- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and conferences.

- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

3. Communication & Liaison:

- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.

- Draft official letters, emails, and communications.

- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

4. Office & Project Management:

- Oversee administrative operations related to the CEO’s office.

- Assist in strategic planning, research, and special projects.

- Support in HR and finance-related executive tasks as needed.

5. Other Duties:

- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.

- Handle urgent tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Represent the CEO in meetings when required.


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  •  2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
