The Executive Secretary to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
2. Scheduling & Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and conferences.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
3. Communication & Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Draft official letters, emails, and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
4. Office & Project Management:
- Oversee administrative operations related to the CEO’s office.

- Handle urgent tasks and prioritize effectively.
