We are looking for an MIS Trainee/Associate with strong communication skills to gather data from multiple sources through regular follow-ups and interactions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel and have a good understanding of data visualization.

Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate data from various teams and sources through continuous follow-ups and interactions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper structuring of collected data.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present insights effectively.
- Utilize Advanced Excel for data cleaning, merging, and visualization.
Other Requirements
- Advanced Excel– Strong proficiency in data cleanup, structuring, merging multiple sources, and creating charts & graphs.
- Data Visualization– Basic understanding of graphs, charts, and color theory for effective presentation.
- Strong Communication Skills– Ability to interact with multiple teams and ensure seamless data collection through regular follow-ups.
Good to have
- SQL, MySQL, or MS Access querying skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Scripting/Coding knowledge in any language is an advantage.
