Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development
  • Identify, research, and engage potential partners that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with businesses, influencers, and industry organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives
  • Plan and execute co-marketing activities, including joint content creation, events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for partner-led campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of co-marketing efforts and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Outreach and Networking
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand the company’s network and build relationships with key industry players.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Internal Alignment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on partnership goals and strategies.
  • Communicate partnership plans and results with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of partnership initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from partners to improve the company's offerings and collaboration experiences.

Other Requirements

  • Experience in Digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Experience : 0-1Year Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, Preferably in an IT industry
  • Qualification : BBA (Marketing) or MBA (Marketing) OR related field
