Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy ; Positioning: Understand client brands, market positioning, and target audience to ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Client Management: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand their vision, and translate it into actionable creative briefs.
  • Creative Alignment: Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure messaging, visuals, and overall branding are aligned with the client’s objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee branding projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to enhance branding strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all creative materials before submission to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Other Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in branding, marketing, or a creative agency environment.

Skills:

-Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and design aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

- Ability to collaborate with and guide creative teams (copywriters, designers, and strategists).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.

- Knowledge of branding tools and design platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) is a plus.

Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
