Responsibilities

• As a Networking Engineer-Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers and resolving their networking issues in a timely and efficient manner. 
• You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Linux, Shell Scripting, Ubuntu, and MySQL in order to troubleshoot and resolve complex networking problems. 
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. 
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing network performance, identifying security vulnerabilities, and implementing solutions to ensure the overall stability and efficiency of the network.

Other Requirements

•  Knowledge in Linux & Networking is must
•  Good knowledge in Networking practices/protocols
•  Good knowledge in shell scripting
•  Experience in MySQL based administration and backup.
•  Experience in installation, Administration, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux Operating Systems redhat, Cent OS and Ubuntu
• Experience in log verification and root cause analysis
•  Knowledge in cloud-based technologies would be added advantage

Education

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Knowledge in Linux & Networking Preferred (RHCE trained or certified)
