Responsibilities

  • As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. 
  • You will need to have strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey insights effectively. 
  • Your analytical skills will be essential for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions to optimize performance.
  •  Problem-solving abilities are crucial for overcoming challenges and developing innovative solutions to drive growth.
  •  Creativity will also be key in developing unique strategies to reach target audiences.
  •  Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO will be necessary to track and improve performance metrics.

Other Requirements

1. Experience: 

- 2+ years in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven success in driving user acquisition and retention.

- Experience in the edtech space or with K12 teachers is a plus.

2. Skills: 
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. 
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation software. 
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills to design and execute innovative growth strategies.

3. Mindset: 
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and operate as a one-person team initially. 
- Visionary leader with the ability to build and lead a team as the department grows.
