Responsibilities
- The Test Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software products by conducting thorough testing and analysis.
- The responsibilities of a Test Analyst include communicating effectively with team members, collaborating on testing strategies, utilizing JIRA for tracking and reporting issues, conducting various testing techniques, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the testing process.
- The Test Analyst must possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and other departments.
- Additionally, a keen eye for detail and proficiency in testing methodologies are essential for success in this role.
Other Requirements
- Creation, implementation and maintenance of manual test cases
- Selection and maintenance of test data
- Reporting test progress and test results
- Coordination of test activities
- Communication with stakeholders on the customer side and in the adesso team
- Bachelors degree in computer science , or a related field.
- Fluent English
- Proven experience as a test analyst, preferably in a consulting environment with experience with various industries and clients
- Experience with communication with client stakeholders
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira/XRay).
- Experience in reporting test progress and test results
- Ideally experience with the planning, scheduling and coordination of test activities
- Ideally work experience from international projects
- Ideally experience with NoCode/LowCode test automation
- Ideally experience with Usability and/or Accessibility Test
- Ideally ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester certification
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
