This role provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, market research, lead management, and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Support:

  • Assist in tracking sales pipelines, leads, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industries, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM management.
  • Monitor recurring and one-time revenue streams to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials.


Operational Efficiency:
  • Work on business automation tools, CRM systems, and dashboards to streamline reporting.
  • Track and optimize SaaS model performance metrics for service-based offerings.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales and operations and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.


Data & Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly revenue reports and KPIs.
  • Analyze revenue trends and provide insights to improve sales efficiency.
  • Maintain operational documents such as SOPs, process guides, and sales playbooks.

Other Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who:

✅ Are pursuing or have completed a BBA/MBA in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Operations.

✅ Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Are comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms.

✅ Have a basic understanding of sales funnels, recurring revenue models, and operational workflows.

✅ Are proactive, eager to learn, and have strong communication skills.
