Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform, promote, or sell products/services.

• Answer incoming customer calls and address their queries in a professional manner.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database (CRM).

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and answer related questions.

• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain call quality and follow telecalling scripts and processes.

Other Requirements

Plus two and above.
Minimum 1 year experience/ Freshers.
Experience in Home Decor and
Wall Decor Industry will be more preferable.
