Responsibilities

• As a Recovery Officer, your responsibilities will include managing debt collections, communicating effectively with customers to resolve outstanding balances, utilizing strong negotiation skills to reach payment agreements, and ensuring timely cash collections. 
• You will be tasked with working with delinquent accounts, developing repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. 
• Your role will also require you to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and guide them towards successful debt resolution.
•  A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently to achieve collection targets.
