Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients through telesales, online sales, and digital outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and update CRM systems to track sales progress, leads, and client interactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Other Requirements

  • Qualification: UG Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably handling corporate clients via telesales and online sales.
  • Prior experience in handling UAE-based corporate clients is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM management for lead tracking and reporting.

Skills

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and documentation knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated to excel in sales.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.

Good to have

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of UAE corporate market trends and business environment.
