Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive YouTube content strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee content creation, production, and publishing processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate YouTube into overall business strategies.
4. Analyze YouTube performance metrics (views, engagement, earnings) and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Manage YouTube channel optimization, including metadata, tags, and thumbnails.
6. Foster relationships with YouTube creators, influencers, and partners.
7. Stay up-to-date with YouTube platform changes, trends, and best practices.
8. Develop and manage YouTube budgets and resource allocation.
9. Lead and mentor a team of YouTube content creators and coordinators.
10. Communicate YouTube performance and strategies to senior leadership.
Other Requirements
1. 1-2 years of experience in YouTube content creation, management, or marketing.
2. Proven track record of success in growing YouTube channels and driving engagement.
3. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, platform features, and content policies.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6. Experience with YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, or similar tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
8.Experience in Animation Industry is an added Advantage
