Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and petty cash transactions.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, including printers, copiers, etc. ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Manage offboarding procedures including drafting and issuing relieving letters, collecting company property, and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personal details, employment history, attendance records etc. ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare and amend HR-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Providing support in payroll processing activities.
  • Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of HR documents.
  • Update databases internally, attendance/biometric/HRMS and Statutory Compliance updates in the official portals (ex: EPF/ESI/LWF)
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinating and scheduling flyers for events such as anniversaries, birthdays, and other relevant occasions.
  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.

Other Requirements

Educational Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office applications and understanding of HR Software like HRMS.

Knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements.

Good understanding or learner of Labour laws.

Skills Required

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work well under pressure.
