Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP solutions.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to provide tailored ERP solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor and track progress against goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve their targets.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with ERP solutions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).
  • Experience in odoo will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals in a competitive environment.
