Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Contact Center solutions.
  • Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and use cases.
  • Manage and execute proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to demonstrate real-world applications and the impact of the proposed solutions.
  • Address customer queries and concerns during presentations and demonstrations, ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and position the right solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Contact Center technologies and trends, including IVR, CTI, ACD, omnichannel communication, and AI-driven tools.
  • Provide in-depth insights into product features, integrations, and scalability during customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Support the sales process by preparing technical proposals and presentations that align with customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that customer requirements are addressed in demonstrations and solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs to shape future development.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in pre-sales or a similar role in the Contact Center or telecommunications industry.
  • Understanding of Contact Center technologies, including IVR, CTI, ACD, VoIP, CRM integration, and cloud-based solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
