Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Create and present business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and performance.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the IT, software solutions
