• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and other channels. Identify and assess potential business opportunities and client needs.
• Work under the assigned division and report to the division reporting head.
• Visit client locations to present and brief on services.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
• Ability to identify prospects, build client relationships, and drive successful conversions
