Responsibilities

1. Customer Care:

• Meet with existing customers to address their needs and promote new products.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships.

2.    Sales:

• Introduce and invoice new products to existing customers.
• Generate sales leads and obtain new customer references.
• Offer free AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for existing customers to drive sales.

3.    Lead Generation:

• Identify and reach out to at least 20 new potential customers daily.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 demo installations or close 10 sales worth ₹5 lakhs monthly.

Other Requirements

• Education: Any graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer care or sales-related roles.

• Skills:
• Good knowledge of banking operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries effectively manage sales follow up and sales pipeline.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid two-wheeler license and laptop.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Presentable and professional behaviour.

• Monthly Salary: ₹23,000.
