Responsibilities

• Ensuring that processes needed for the ISO 27001 (ISMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the ISMS and any need for improvement.
• Reporting to top management on performance metrics and output data.
• Promoting awareness of ISO regulations and expectations across the organization through strong communication and messaging.
• Serving as a quality liaison with external parties regarding the ISO certifications.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
• Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
• Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
• Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents
• Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
• Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.

Other Requirements

• Prior experience as MR / External / Internal auditor for ISO 27001 (Minimum 2 Years)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements
• Ability to listen and influence
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively
