Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects frominceptionto completion.
Define project scope,objectives, and deliverables that align with company goals and customer requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and feedback.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members andmonitortheir progress.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the project team.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensurehigh levelsof satisfaction.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identifyproject risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Proactively resolve project issues to minimize delays.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and on-time delivery.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing project priorities.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices and conducting reviews.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and comply with relevant guidelines.
Other Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in software development, infrastructure, or system integration.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management.
Experience working in an IT consultancy or managed services environment.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure projects.
Good to have
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt and manage change in dynamic environments.
