Responsibilities

• Building automation workflows using make.com, n8n, Clay, Zapier, APIs, Airtable, Smartsheets, Lemlist, Smartlead and web scraping tools.
• Creating data pipelines for lead generation, outreach personalization and CRM enrichment.
• Optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Automating repetitive tasks like CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting and email outreach.
• Integrating tools & systems like Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets and email platforms.
• Troubleshooting & debugging workflow errors, broken integrations and automation failures.
• Testing & refining new automation strategies for improved efficiency.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance automation processes for clients and internal use.
• Showing initiative and working proactively to identify automation opportunities without needing constant supervision.

Other Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, workflow building or data integration.
• Proficiency with n8n (or similar automation tools like Zapier or Make.com).
• Experience working with APIs (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication).
• Understanding of data enrichment & scraping (LinkedIn, Google, job boards).
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM, lead gen and outreach tools on LinkedIn, Apollo/ Lemlist
• Ability to debug & troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow performance.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for custom automation steps (nice to have).
• Recruitment or sales/marketing automation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (proficient/fluent in English).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects efficiently.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a high level of autonomy.
• Comfortable working in US Eastern time zones.
