Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning activities for ELV and BMS systems across various project sites.
• Review system designs, drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures.
• Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution of works.
• Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning tests for ELV systems (CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, fire alarm, etc.) and BMS (HVAC controls, lighting control, energy monitoring, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Ensure all systems are tested, validated, and documented in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including commissioning reports, test sheets, red-line drawings, and as-builts.
• Train end-users and facility teams on the operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Support project handover and closeout processes.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 1 & more years of experience in commissioning of ELV and BMS systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, BMS controls (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and control schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
